Additionally, to improve your experience with manual dilution, these containers now work with a new, higher-quality pump, validated for better dispensing!

The durable, secure design of the container cap requires a bung wrench for opening. Follow these steps:

1. Wear chemical-resistant gloves: Although Peroxigard, once diluted, is non-irritating to the skin, gloves should be worn when handling the concentrate solution directly.
2. Attach the bung wrench: Place the wrench onto the container cap and rotate counterclockwise to remove the lid. Bung wrenches are available from your (insert brand) distributor.

Now the container is open and can be used with your equipment, such as mixing stations, hand pumps and more!

Ensure a smooth setup and accurate dispensing with these steps:

1. Prepare the Pump
Slide the larger white adaptor fitting, then black o-ring, and finally the small white locking unit onto the shaft of the pump.
2. Install the Pump
Place the pump into the container, ensuring that the foot of the pump is at the bottom of the container. Slide the locking unit down to the container opening, and screw clockwise until the pump is secure.
3. Unlock & Prime the Pump
Before dispensing Peroxigard Concentrate, pull the blue safety handle down to unlock the pump action. The pump may need to be initially primed. To prime the pump, move the handle up and down until Peroxigard concentrate solution is drawn out.
4. Dispense the Solution
You're now ready to safely use your eco-container and hand pump. Use a measuring cup to ensure the correct dilution.

Yes! The new containers have a larger opening than existing pails, easily fitting multi-way mixing station tubing.

Due to EPA and FDA regulations, disinfectants cannot claim to be effective against parasites. As a result of the restrictions, Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide^® products do not carry a claim to inactivate parasites. However, the Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide^® surfactant package and superior cleaning abilities, can help remove parasite eggs from surfaces and sequentially reduce the chance of transmission.

The Ready to Use product is a different formula than the Concentrate solution. Therefore, the Concentrate solution cannot simply be diluted to achieve the same contact times, efficacy claims, etc. as the Ready to Use. Overall, the solutions should be treated as different products with differing use instructions. For example, the Ready to Use solution has a 1 minute contact time for disinfection claims, while the Peroxigard Concentrate solution has a contact time as low as 5 minutes depending on the dilution.

No. The only active ingredient in Peroxigard^™ disinfectant products is low levels of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide readily breaks down into oxygen and water once dry and no active residues will remain. Furthermore, on a dry surface, there will be no adverse reactions if a second disinfectant were to be applied. Overall, best practice is to utilize one chemistry in the facility for disinfection requirements to ensure compliance.

Peroxigard Wipes & RTU carry an EPA-approved label claim for use against C. bovis. As such, Peroxigard Wipes and RTU can be used to disinfect against C. bovis, allowing a 2-minute contact time after application.
